Philippe Marcoux

Philippe Marcoux is the director of information and training at the Quebec Press Council. He spent 28 years with Radio-Canada as a journalist and host. He holds a law degree from Université de Montréal, a Master of Laws from the London School of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Public Ethics from St-Paul University in Ottawa.
