This TikTok post featuring a video claiming to show President William Ruto saying he will retaliate against South Africans is FALSE. The video, which is originates from President Ruto addressing the 2024 anti-Finance Bill protests, was checked by PesaCheck, part of Code for Africa and a partner of the CINIA Check Desk.
